Business Development - Vendor Mgmt. application (Managerial Grade)
About the Role:
- We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our Business Development team as Senior Team Members (Sr. TMs).
- The role is ideal for individuals with 3 to 5 years of experience in product sales, particularly in vendor management systems (VMS), procurement solutions, supplier relationship management (SRM), B@B SAAS or supply chain technology.

About the Product:

- Vendor on-boarding and compliance.
- Contract management and negotiation.

- Risk management in vendor relationships.
- Our solution empowers businesses to enhance vendor transparency, improve decision-making, and boost operational efficiency, making it a must-have tool for modern enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target companies that can benefit from vendor management and procurement technology.
- Generate leads and convert them into paying customers through consultative selling.
- Own and drive revenue growth by positioning the product's unique value proposition.
Client Engagement:
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain processes.
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships with decision-makers (procurement managers, supply chain heads, and CXOs).
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated on trends in vendor management, procurement automation, and B2B SaaS sales.
- Identify opportunities in target industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, and IT services.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Liaise with product teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product enhancements.
- Work with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and messaging.
Performance Metrics:
- Consistently achieve sales quotas and KPIs.
- Track and document sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS product sales, procurement software, or supply chain technology solutions.
- Knowledge of vendor lifecycle management, supplier performance management, and contract management systems.
- Experience working with procurement teams, supply chain departments, or IT solutions for enterprises.
- Proven ability to identify decision-makers and build lasting professional relationships.
- Familiarity with industries like manufacturing, logistics, retail, or IT services is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
