Job Title: HR Operation - on contract for 1 year

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

What you will do:
1) Query Management: Promptly respond to and resolve employee queries to ensure timely closure received through email, Zendesk and employee call.
2) Letter Management: Prepare and issue various types of letters on an ad-hoc basis, ensuring timely delivery.
3) Employee Verification: Provide confirmation to vendors regarding employee verification requests.
4) HRMS Updates: Maintain and update basic employee information and shift details in the HRMS system.
5) ESIC & Mediclaim Management: Manage ESIC and Mediclaim data, including additions and deletions.
6) Payroll Inputs: Process payroll inputs such as employee referrals, parental deductions, and night shift allowances.
7) Rehiring Recovery: Confirm and manage recovery details for rehired employees.
8) Compliance Data: Prepare and provide compliance-related data as required.

Who you are:

• B COM or BMS Graduate/MBA HR
• Relevant experience in HR operations for 1-1.5 year
