Job Title:  Associate - Receptionist

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors: Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Managing the front desk: Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
• Handling calls: Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant department or staff member
• Managing mail and packages: Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Administrative tasks: Scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
• Providing customer service: Addressing complaints and answering questions and concerns
• Supervising front desk agents: Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and support
• Managing reservations: Handling check-ins and checkouts
• Billing and payments: Ensuring bills are prepared and presented correctly
• Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records
