New Product Development Manager

To lead plant NPD department to ensure the following: -.

1. To ensure develop all type of forging & machining components.

2. Tracking records of all customer development status as per target date.

3. Review of RFQ sheet, project status, tool, Die development, sample inspection and PPAP status.

4. Review drawings, feasibility study, required tolerance and technical discussion with customers, tool maker and coordinate with related department like production, QA, Tool room for smooth development.

5. To ensure all drawing releasing & controlling data recording to concern department i.e. production, quality, tool maker.

6. To complete follow up all type of development parts.

7. To prepared all development documents as per IATF 16949

(APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, control plan)

8. Responsibility of sample layout Inspection 3rd party testing according to customer requirement.

9. Responsible for all process quality inhouse and out sourcing like job work, plating, powder coating, phosphating as required by customer.

10. Responsible for all ECN & DCN record and issuing drawings,

standards to concern department i.e., production, quality, tool room, supplier, job workers.

11. To maintain the customer drawing /standard of development parts.

12. Work with subsystem design engineers to drive alignment between subsystem plans and Product Requirements.

13. To give training operators and supervisors to aware major defects and customers complaints.

14. Responsibility of all types of customer audit, IATF audit & closing of non-confirmation report of NPD department.
