About the job:
Position: Key Account Manager - Sales
Number of Positions: 8
Experience Range: 4 to 8 years
Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) - this is mandatory.
- Proven experience in international sales, with a strong record of closing deals.
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills, particularly in handling key global accounts.
Additional Details:
Start Date: Candidates must be available to join immediately.
Location: This is a work-from-office role based in Hyderabad.
Shifts: Candidates must be open to rotational shifts, covering APAC, EMEA, and North America regions.
Key Duties -
Responsible for any/all of the following processes in the Business Cycle Management:
a. Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers)
b. Setting Appointments
c. Conducting a Need Analysis (Gathering information about the customer)
d. Determining the Client's Solution
e. Written Proposal/Document
f. Decision making, negotiation, and Deal closure
g. After Sales support
h. Identifying Cross-selling & Upselling Opportunities
- Apart from the above-mentioned duties the candidate is also expected to:
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain a database of contact information.
- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the sales process.
- Monitor the competitors' products and services and create selling strategies for our products and services.
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company and nurture existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship to generate recurring revenue.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge
