Title: Key Account Manager Food Operations
Description of Position
The Key Account Manager is responsible for the operations & management of the allocated cafeteria. It is expected to promote guest delight & ensure guest satisfaction & maintain a safe & hygienic environment for the F&B production & service at all respective cafeterias.
- It is also expected by KAM to have a financial understanding of the cafeteria.
- Knowledge and active involvement in Pre-openings.
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
- A high tolerance of stress and enjoys responsibilities.
Duties & responsibilities:

- Lead & work as a team in an organized way.

- Vendor Management: Work very closely with all the assigned vendors.
- Complete ownership of daily operations across all Cafes.
- Client Management-Stay in close communication with the client for all issues regarding services, additional business, new initiatives & prepare document for the same.
- Meet the site budget sale & GOP.
- Ensure 100% client retention.
- Ensure that safety & hygiene policy is strictly followed at site.
- Operational ownership of all HSE processes.
- Conducting client reviews on a monthly basis.
- Ensure Invoice Generation & collections are on time.
- Timely resolution of client escalations.
- Ensure that all incidents pertaining to HSE is reported to the concerned team on time.
- Co-ordination with other departments like HR, HSE & Legal to ensure all compliance are met
as per the admin requirement.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations as per contracted terms.
Minimum level of Education:
- Hotel Management Graduate or Minimum 05 years of experience in Hospitality Industry.
