Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives for our clients, ensuring they achieve a strong return on investment. You will also mentor and guide a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO, Google Ads, display advertising, and social media advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide 2-5 team members on digital marketing best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Set team and individual goals and monitor progress to ensure achievement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations related to digital marketing.
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure clients are receiving a positive ROI on their digital marketing investments and provide regular updates on performance.
- Manage comprehensive digital marketing initiatives for clients, including SEO, Google Ads, display ads, and social media advertising.
- Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective execution.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to track success and optimize strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging SEO trends.
- Gain insights into target customer preferences to maximize ROI from SEO campaigns.
- Build reporting based on web behavior and key SEO metrics.
- Create detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Conduct periodic reviews with clients to present campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.
- Utilize google analytics, SEMrush, and google ads tools to provide analysis and reporting.
Skills Required:
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of account management, SEO, Google Ads, and paid media campaigns.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to build reporting based on web behavior and key SEO metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong client management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. an MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
