Job Description
Managing smooth customs clearance of clients directly or through other CHA , clearing agents, freight forwarders. Guide proper filing of shipping bills, bill of entries and other customs issues like drawback, GST refunds, SVB, Bonded warehouse etc.
Requirements/Candidates Profile
Should have thorough understanding of Customs Act, laws, rules and regulations. Hands on experience in filing all the documents related to imports, exports, with benefits like Advance Authorization, EPCG, MEIS etc. and all the customs regulations including but not limited to Assessment, SVB, Warehousing and Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), GST related to imports and exports. Experience in making reports/opinion , adjudication proceedings on customs related matter will be an added advantage. G-Card holder will be preferred.
