Export Logistics Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

4. Proficient in utilizing shipping software and systems for tracking shipments, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records.

5. Comprehensive understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and freight forwarding operations.

6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to tackle shipping issues and implement suitable solutions.

7. Capability to operate autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing and dynamic setting.

8. Proficient analytical abilities to assess shipping data, discern trends, and offer insights for enhancing processes.

9. Understanding of the principles and practices related to inventory management.

10. Person who has worked with Export logistics operators also .

Required Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is required.

2. Demonstrated experience in export logistics or a comparable position, ideally within an international business context, is essential.

3. Knowledge of International trade regulations, customs processes, and shipping documentation requirements is necessary.

4. Proficiency in shipping software, including ERP systems, TMS, or WMS, is expected.

5. Strong computer skills are required, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Familiarity with Incoterms and compliance regulations related to import/export is highly advantageous.

7. Certification or training in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is considered a valuable asset.

8. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory, with additional language skills being a significant advantage.
