Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and target key market segments, including freelancers, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
• Create tailored proposals and presentations to attract potential tenants and partners.

2. Lead Generation and Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure high retention rates and referrals.
• Represent the co-working space at industry events and networking opportunities.

3. Operational Coordination:

• Work closely with the community management team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that the workspace meets client expectations.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

• Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize pricing, packages, and offerings based on client feedback and market data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the real estate, hospitality, or co-working space industries.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
