The role:

Sr. Project Manager / Program Manager is a key role in Anchanto that is expected to drive successful deliveries for our global customers, managing Project and Product deliveries as per the PMO processes. Managing the projects from kick-off to Go-live. Weekly reporting of project status to internal and external stakeholders. Single point of contact for customers.

The role requires:

• Taking full ownership of deliverables for specific customer deliverables / programs
• Actively working with diverse set of customers in multiple geographies
• Co-ordinating and influencing internal stakeholders
• Reporting on frequent basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and co-ordinate complex programs for global customers
• Actively engage, build relationships and negotiate with customers on regular basis
• Track and co-ordinate project deliverables with multiple internal stakeholders
• Manage expectations across the board for successful and quality deliveries
• Report progress on regular basis
• E2E delivery ownership of projects/program/ initiatives in distributed setup

Essential Requirements:

• Strong communication and project/program management skills in global setup
• Program management with more than 10 years of experience, Ideally in the range of 13-15
• Global customer engagement experience
• Handled complex projects, Ideally SaaS based. Logistics/ecommerce domain experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work in multiple stakeholder scenario through influence
• Past experience in engaging with global customers in wide variety of scenarios
