Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project management and ensure the smooth execution of project phases. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating tasks, facilitating communication, maintaining project documentation, conducting risk analysis, and managing the schedule. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior technical staff.

• Project Coordinating: Coordinating project phases and schedules, assigning tasks, and tracking progress
• Communication: Facilitating communication between employees and technical head.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining project documentation, plans, and reports
• Risk Analysis: Analyzing risks and opportunities, and reporting issues to the project manager
• Protocol Development: Developing protocols for technology use across the organization
• JIRA Track - up to date update
• Schedule Meeting
• Updating Task and ETA discussion with Team

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in project management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using JIRA, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
