Marketing Specialist

We seek a talented Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist with Pardot expertise to join our cybersecurity marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute email marketing strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor automated email campaigns across Pardot and other marketing platforms
• Create compelling email content, templates, and forms, and ensure landing pages are optimized for cybersecurity audiences
• Design and execute email drip campaigns for major events
• Segment email lists and develop targeted messaging for different buyer personas
• Set up and manage lead scoring and grading models in Pardot
• Analyse email performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization
• Maintain data on Pardot, ensuring all data points are accurately mapped and aligned with the CRM system.
• Database Management and Data Cleaning: Organizing large datasets and ensuring timely acquisition of data from events
• Create reports and dashboards in Pardot to monitor key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and advertising ROI, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align email strategies with business goals
• Stay up to date on email marketing best practices and cybersecurity industry trends
• Social Media Strategy: Lead ARCONs social media strategy & content calendar, focusing on LinkedIn, boosting organic follower growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the B2B tech or cybersecurity space
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Pardot, including automation, segmentation, and reporting features
• Understanding of email deliverability and, to some extent, HTML
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance requirements
• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
• Pardot Specialist certification (preferred)
