Job Profile:

Role: Project Manager

Location: Andheri (East),Mumbai

Job Description:

- Conduct financial evaluations of potential projects, including cost estimations, revenue forecasts, and risk analysis

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and government officials to align project activities with goals.

- Track project progress, address deviations, and implement adjustments to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.

- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop strategies to address and resolve issues.

- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- CA / MBA (Finance) with min. of 2-3 years of project management experience in the real estate sector.
