Officer - Sales & Marketing - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for client coordination/follow-ups and coordinating for the site visit. Maintain and update listings of available properties

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases

- Should have verbal and written communication skills in English able to work well under pressure Report-writing skills

- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills Good attention to details.

- Generate leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities along with marketing team

Requirement :

- Min 2 + year of experience in Any Sales/Marketing

- Qualification- Graduation mandatory

- CTC- Up To 3.80 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit

- AGE : 21 to 38 Years
