The Pre-Sales Executive will play a critical role in the early stages of the sales process by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with relevant property information. This role requires a deep knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships that lead to future sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and events to identify and qualify leads for real estate sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Offer in-depth knowledge of Springfield Properties' portfolio, including details on pricing, specifications, location advantages, amenities, and investment potential.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored property solutions to match their requirements.
- Presentations & Demonstrations: Provide property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits to prospects, showcasing the unique offerings of Springfield Properties. -
Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and assist in developing sales strategies for closing deals.
CRM Management :
- Ensure the CRM system is updated with accurate client information and track lead progress through the sales funnel.
- Market Research : Keep up to date with the latest real estate trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to enhance pre-sales efforts.
- Client Support : Offer continuous support to potential clients during the pre-sales phase, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions. -
Reporting : Provide regular reports to the management team, offering insights into lead generation, conversion rates, and market trends.
