Ananta Capital - Manager - Business Finance (1-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Cost Optimization: Analyze revenue trends, pricing strategies, and cost structures to drive profitability and efficiency in the D2C business.

Business Partnering: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to provide financial insights, monitor KPIs, and drive cost-effective decision-making.

Investor & Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare financial presentations, business insights, and reports for leadership, investors, and key stakeholders.

Profitability Analysis: Conduct gross margin, unit economics, and product/category-level profitability analysis to optimize financial performance.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Ensure efficient cash flow planning, inventory control, and credit cycle optimization.

Process Automation & Efficiency: Improve financial reporting, dashboarding, and automation of key finance processes using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems.

Key Requirements:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in D2C, E-Commerce.

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L management, unit economics, and business finance.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel. Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
