The CEO in the Making Program at Ananta Capital is an exclusive and dynamic initiative designed to fast-track top-tier talent into future CEO roles within our portfolio companies. This 24-36-month program offers high-potential individuals the opportunity to work across diverse business functions, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the inner workings of a digital-first, rapidly growing business environment.
Participants will undergo three rotational stints across core functions such as Digital Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain & Operations, Finance, and others. This program is tailored to groom visionary leaders who can drive growth and innovation across current and future buyout ventures.
Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
1. Rotational Operating Stints
- Take on three immersive rotations across various business units, including Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain & Operations, Finance, and more.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to tackle key challenges and drive measurable growth within portfolio companies.
2. Operational Immersion
- Dive deep into the daily operations of a fast-growing digital-first business, gaining invaluable insights into organizational dynamics and problem-solving.
- Understand the nuances of building operational excellence and scaling businesses in highly competitive markets.
3. Strategic Initiatives
- Design and execute strategic roadmaps for transformational projects, working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Take ownership of critical deliverables, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
4. Innovation and Impact
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to solve complex challenges, exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation.

3. Proven Track Record
- At least 3-6 years of work experience, preferably e-commerce, D2C, or digital-first environments.
- Candidates with exposure to scaling businesses, strategic growth projects, and leadership roles-Ex-D2C founders will have an added advantage.
4. Educational Background
- Engineering or Management Degree from (IIM, ISB, IITs, or Tier 1/ colleges).
