Position Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff - Entrepreneur in Residence to support our executive team in driving impactful initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with ImpactGuru's mission and goals.

- Project Management: Lead and oversee key projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and community leaders, to enhance ImpactGuru's network and influence.

- Operational Support: Assist in daily operations, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

- Market Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the crowdfunding and social impact sectors.

- Team Development: Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high performance work culture.

- Innovation: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives that can enhance ImpactGuru's offerings and impact.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field MBA preferred from IIM

- Proven experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a startup or social enterprise environment.

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of launching and scaling initiatives.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.

- Passion for social impact and a deep understanding of the crowdfunding landscape.

- Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools.
