Responsibility: Planning & execution of various lead generation activities .Will be responsible for all customer support activities
High interaction with potential customers Ensuring timely updates of service call reports.
Responsible for achieving assigned service targets.
Skills: Excellent Communication Skills.
Good Presentation and Articulation skills. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - Chats and Email handling
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
