Role & responsibilities

We're looking for a Product Support to provide functional / technical assistance to our customers, ensuring seamless product experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to communicate technical and functional information effectively in simple terms

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries & resolving technical issues and providing product guidance.

2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues, collaborating with internal teams 

3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.

4. Documentation: Maintain MIS of product issues highlighted and related communication.

5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficiency.

6. Reporting: Presentation and report to senior leadership

Preferred candidate profile

1. Customer Support Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical support roles.

2. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Investment applications specifically stock trading

3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skill4. 

4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.

5. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. (good to have)
