Job Description

Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable data pipelines that enable data collection, processing, and storage from various sources.
Data Preprocessing & Feature Engineering: Clean, preprocess, and transform large datasets into usable formats for machine learning models, ensuring high data quality and accuracy.
Model Development & Optimization: Develop machine learning models using appropriate algorithms, optimize them for performance, and deploy them into production environments.
Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business analysts to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and insights, and create visualizations that make data accessible and actionable for non-technical stakeholders.
Scalable Solutions: Ensure the solutions you develop are scalable and efficient, capable of processing large volumes of data in real-time or batch processing environments.
Automation: Automate repetitive tasks such as data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), and model training/deployment pipelines to streamline workflows.
Model Monitoring & Maintenance: Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, ensuring models remain accurate and relevant over time as new data becomes available.
Documentation & Reporting: Create clear documentation for data models, systems, and processes, and provide regular reports or presentations on project progress, insights, and outcomes.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala.
Strong knowledge of data manipulation and processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Expertise in data storage technologies (SQL, NoSQL, relational and non-relational databases).
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Luigi) and ETL processes.
Knowledge of model deployment frameworks and tools (e.g., Flask, Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
