Job Description

Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other modern web technologies.
UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces while ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
Backend Development: Develop and maintain server-side code, databases, and APIs to support front-end functionality and improve site performance and scalability.
Cross-Browser & Mobile Compatibility: Ensure that websites are fully functional and optimized across all major browsers and mobile devices.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure fast loading times and an efficient user experience.
Version Control & Collaboration: Use Git for version control and collaborate with team members through platforms like GitHub or GitLab to manage project code.
Testing & Debugging: Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the website/application.
Maintenance & Updates: Regularly update website content, security patches, and features to ensure up-to-date functionality and security standards.
Client/Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical insights and solutions.
Documentation: Write clean, maintainable code and document development processes, APIs, and code libraries for future reference.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong experience with server-side technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, PHP, Django, Ruby on Rails).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
Understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Familiarity with web security best practices (e.g., HTTPS, OWASP guidelines).
Experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
