Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and optimize CPL-focused performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Programmatic Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to optimize performance.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Data & Analytics

  • Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
  • Use Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms to analyze data and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Create regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Strategy & Experimentation

  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce CPL while improving lead quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad platforms.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

Budget & Bidding Strategy

  • Manage and optimize ad spend across multiple channels.
  • Utilize manual and automated bidding strategies to maximize lead generation within budget constraints.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in CPL-driven performance marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and pixel/tag implementation.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience in landing page optimization and funnel analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the B2B.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and organic growth strategies.
