The Role
As FinOps Analyst with Worley , you are responsible to specializes in managing and optimizing cloud costs for an organization. They work as part of a team to implement and maintain FinOps practices and methodologies, with a focus on analyzing cloud usage and spending data to identify areas for cloud cost optimization.
Effective FinOps analysts need to have a strong understanding of cloud technology, financial management principles, and data analysis. They should also be skilled in using tools and software to manage and analyze cloud spending data, such as cloud cost management platforms and data analytics tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also important, as FinOps analysts need to work with cross-functional teams to achieve cost optimization goals.
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Knowledge on integrations platform Informatica, Oracle, AWS etc.
- Generate reports and presentations based on gathered data and analyses information across different key stakeholders.
- Collate information on the achievement of targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor the scope and deliverables at project level.
Q ualifications & Experience Required
University Degree, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
