About the role: The Growth Analyst owns the customer operations once onboarding is complete. Leads internal cross-team meetings, ensures continuity between all cross-functional teams to meet objectives, and provides weekly status reports. The goal of this role is to increase product adoption, set up various campaigns, manage client sentiment, coordinate with support, onboarding and product team for challenges and train customers on the product features.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: To be a Power user of WebEngage and help clients execute their vision on high-quality automated and personalised user engagement Translating business use cases to WebEngage-based solutions in customer engagement Introduction to Data Models to serve use cases in the client business Implementing Basic and Advanced Use Cases - setting up funnels, cohorts, journeys and one-time campaigns Handling Catalogs and Recommendations Implementing Web Personalisation and App Personalisation use cases Anatomy of personalised communication Setting up Journeys / Paths / Funnels / Cohorts Setting up Data Imports / Exports Configuring Relay Based campaigns Working Model: WFO/Client Location - 5 Days a week (Mon-Fri)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 0-2 yrs of relevant experience Comfortable holding others accountable to tasks and deadlines Meets and adheres to Service Level Agreement standards on a consistent basis Skilled negotiator, who acts as a cross-team liaison Communicates technical issues to a non-technical audience and fosters collaboration with Engineering, Product, Sales, Tech, and Customer Success Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good documentation understanding Thrives in a problem-solving environment Strong Orientation to Numbers Attention to Details Checklist based Methodical approach to ensure error-free execution Basic Familiarity with Marketing Concepts is desirable Demonstrated hunger and ability to learn Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science compulsory Willingness and ability to learn basic HTML and Integration concepts Experience in Digital Marketing products, implementing and integrating technical programs for non-technical users. This includes clearly explaining processes and concepts.
