• Ensure that the company rules/ regulations are followed and re-enforce it.
• Maintain and ensure smooth functioning of DG, ACs, Infrastructure and Electricals.
• Grievance handling related to Infrastructure.
• Improve the overall efficiency of the Administration.
• Experience in Purchase and Vendor Management.
• Experience in GST, TDS and Bank remittance.
• Stock Maintenance.
• Review and monitor Non IT material movements.
• Ensure QMS and ISMS processed with respect to material movements and within team members are followed and well documented.
• Generate report/ metrics as necessary.
• Handle any other task assigned by the top management.
