Roles &Responsibilities

1.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and system management tools.

2.Monitor and maintain network stability, ensuring high levels of performance and security.

3.Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software issues promptly.

4.Network Administration: Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Monitor network traffic, analyze network performance, and optimize network configurations for efficiency.

5.Implement and maintain network security protocols and procedures to protect data and systems from unauthorized access or breaches.

6.Server Administration: Administer and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and virtualization platforms.

Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize server configurations for reliability and scalability.

Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

7.User Support and Training: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

8.Train end-users on the proper use of hardware, software applications, and security protocols.

9.Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and manuals for internal use.

10.Security Management: Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect organizational assets.

11.Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, addressing any identified risks
