Job Description: Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary: Clinical Psychologist Our Entity Foundation is seeking an RCI-approved Clinical Psychologist (PDCP/MPhil) with 0-2 years of experience to provide online and offline clinical counselling, psychometric assessments, and support group facilitation. The role involves creating content for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and the Counseling Internship Program (CIP), mentoring interns, and promoting mental health services. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in therapeutic techniques, and flexibility to travel for workshops. Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Counseling Services
● Conduct online and offline clinical counselling sessions for clients, ensuring a safe, confidential, and empathetic environment.
2. Counseling Psychology Services
● Deliver online and offline psychological counseling sessions, tailored to individual client needs. 3. Psychometric Assessments
● Administer and interpret offline psychometric assessments, providing actionable insights to clients.
4. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services
● Develop engaging and informative content for EAP workshops.
● Travel to client locations to conduct EAP workshops and facilitate group discussions.
5. Counseling Internship Program
● Assist in creating content for the Counseling Internship Program (CIP).
● Monitor and mentor interns, fostering their growth and skill development.
6. Support Groups
● Plan, coordinate, and moderate support group sessions, ensuring effective facilitation and meaningful participation.
7. Promotion of Clinical Counseling & Psychometric Assessments
● Actively promote the benefits of clinical counselling and psychometric assessments through workshops, webinars, and other outreach activities.
8. Reporting
● Maintain detailed case notes and participate in case discussions, reporting to the Counseling Lead for feedback and supervision.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Collaborate with other verticals within Our Entity Foundation to support the organizations overall growth and mission.

Requirements: ● RCI-approved certification with a PDCP or MPhil in Clinical Psychology ● 0-2 years of relevant experience in clinical counselling or psychological services ● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage)
