We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic US Staffing Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the US staffing and recruitment industry. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth by providing innovative staffing solutions to businesses across diverse industries.
Job Title: US Staffing Sales (Associate/Sr Associate/Lead/AM)
Location: Gurgaon
Note : Night Shift (7:30 pm - 4:30 am)/(6:30pm - 3:30 am)
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the US market to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored staffing solutions.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and emerging client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest US staffing industry regulations and best practices.
Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.
- Clearly communicate client requirements to recruitment teams and provide feedback for process improvement.
Sales Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance and market trends.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on US staffing and recruitment services.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing market, including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
