Qualification Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Job description : Project Coordinator - External Development Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all external development-related drawings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Prepare, review, and process Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Requests (PRs) relevant to external development projects. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, in-house teams, and external design consultants to ensure smooth project progression and adherence to timelines. Conduct regular project inspections and site visits to verify that project standards and specifications are met. Assist in drafting, revising and reviewing plans and layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring all drawings meet regulatory and organisational standards. Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and communications, for easy retrieval and compliance audits. Identify and address project issues as they arise, ensuring project continuity and timely completion. Foster positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and effective communication. Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with project management software or tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address and resolve project challenges.
