AmpsTek - Oracle ARCS Specialist (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ARCS implementations.

2. End-to-End ARCS Implementation :

- Lead the implementation of ARCS by designing solutions, creating configurations, performing testing, and managing data integration.

- Implement at least 2 end-to-end ARCS projects, covering all phases including design, solution creation, testing, and configuration.

3. Configuration Management :

- Configure key attributes within ARCS including Segment, Process, Risk Rating, Frequency, Account Type, Aging Profiles, and Account Reconciliations Formats.

4. Transaction Matching & Reconciliation Compliance :

- Provide expertise in transaction matching and ensure reconciliation compliance is maintained throughout the system.

5. EPM Data Integration & Data Management :

- Develop EPM data integrations for ARCS, creating and configuring locations, data flows, and other relevant integrations to ensure seamless data management.

6. Automation & Scripting :

- Automate data load and backup processes using REST API and EPM Automate (with batch scripting in Windows) to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

7. Data Flow Understanding :

- Design data flow solutions within a data warehouse environment based on business requirements, ensuring smooth data processing and integration.

8. Support & Troubleshooting :

- Provide production support and troubleshooting for ARCS implementations, ensuring optimal system functionality and resolving issues as needed.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills :

- ARCS Expertise : Proven experience in ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) implementations and production support.

- End-to-End ARCS Implementations : Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, testing, and implementing at least 2 end-to-end ARCS projects.

- Reconciliation and Matching Knowledge : Strong understanding of transaction matching, reconciliation compliance, and relevant ARCS configurations such as Risk Rating, Account Type, and Aging Profiles.

- Data Integration & Management : Proficient in EPM Data Integration/Data Management, including configuring integrations, creating locations, and managing data loads.

- Automation Skills : Experience in automating data processes (data load, backups, etc.) using REST API, EPM Automate, and batch scripting in Windows.

- Technical Skills : Strong technical understanding of data warehouse flows and designing solutions based on business requirements.

- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- EPM Automate : Experience with EPM Automate for task automation, including batch scripting.

- Project Management : Experience working within Agile or project management methodologies to manage the implementation process
