Hr Executive And Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for Employee Onboarding and induction program
• Take care of end-to-end talent acquisition processes(Technical&Non-Technical) and oversee the hiring process and make necessary modification.
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for the assigned open position within defined time.
• Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
• Enlist job postings on LinkedIn, Naukri and other social media which can source new candidates at the time of hiring.
• Collaborating with the teams for recruitment process and managing and implement all recruiting tasks.
• Taking care of Bank account- Openings new joiners account.
• Taking care of BGV verifications and Day-to-day Activities.
• Giving Payroll inputs to Accounts team.
• Engaging in employee engagement activities.
• Assist the supervisor with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and deliver all the assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Follow up with supervisor, peers and colleagues for any roadblock.
• Maintain employee records, Update HR databases, provide employee data whenever required to another department.
• Prepare all the required letters (Offer letter, Appointment letter, Bond, Experience, Relieving etc).
