Role & responsibilities

• System Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, servers, and network devices.
• System Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to maintain optimal system health.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain security policies, including user access controls, firewalls, and data encryption to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve system issues, provide technical support to users, and address escalated problems.
• Backup and Recovery: Perform regular data backups and ensure efficient disaster recovery procedures are in place.
• User Account Management: Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and permissions across the network.
• Patch Management: Apply software updates and security patches to systems in a timely manner.
• Network Administration: Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Capacity Planning: Assess system requirements and plan for future infrastructure needs.
