Asset Management-Project manager for a leading Financial Services Company

Educational Qualifications: CA / Or any other Post Graduation

Experience: 2- 3 years of relevant experience in Fund/ Real Estate Developer in monitoring assets.

Job Description:

- Monitoring project progress post investment vis-vis the Business plan.

- Projected and actual work progress, cost incurred etc.

- Project Approvals, Tracking & Monitoring.

- Variances reporting and recommending corrective measures.

- Periodic reporting of project progress to the Investment Committee.

- Monitor Financial Covenants (Condition Precedents and Condition Subsequent).

- Periodically assessing the valuation of the property.

- Develop Asset Management policies and procedures and implement best practices.

- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

- Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders to review asset performance.

- Developing strategies to increase ROI and maximise the asset value.

- Preparation of Term sheet, Fee Letters, Information Memorandum, Investment Teaser, Investment Committee Note.

- Maintaining deal tracker for all the documents related to transaction.

- Manage NOC request by Developer.

- Quick solution finding ability.
