Mahindra & Mahindra - Manager - Group Partnership & Alliances - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (2-3 yrs)

In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing inorganic growth strategies and initiatives that support Mahindra Group's growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identification and Evaluation: Identify potential partners, acquisition targets, and collaboration opportunities in line with the group's strategic plan.

- Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to outline key industry trends, competitive landscape, value drivers for the industry and emerging partnership opportunities.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess the attractiveness and return potential of opportunities-at-hand

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and businesses within the group, such as strategy, finance, operations, and legal, to ensure successful partnership execution.

- Report and Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on the status and performance of partnerships and alliances.

Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, fund-raising ,financial due diligence or valuations. Preferred industry experience in an investment bank.

Qualifications - CA or Master's degree in management from a premiere institute.
