Assistant Professor of Public Administration (On Contract)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Public Administration, Political Science, and related fields.
  
• Conduct research and publish papers on topics relevant to public administration, political science, and governance.
  
• Participate in departmental activities such as curriculum development, committee work, and student evaluation.
  
• Mentor students on academic projects and provide guidance on research methodologies.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop new programs or initiatives related to public administration.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (M.A) or Ph.D./Doctorate in Political Science or a relevant field from a recognized university.
  
• 0-5 years of teaching experience at the level of Lecturer/Assistant Professor or equivalent position.
  
• Strong knowledge of public administration theories, concepts, and practices; ability to teach effectively using various pedagogical methods.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction, presentation preparation, and written correspondence.
