• Role & responsibilities
• Conduct daily visits to pharmaceutical and engineering clients to understand their requirements and promote our products.
• Generate enquiries and provide technical consultations to clients.
• Create basic engineering drawings/sketches on-site to support custom product requirements.
• Collaborate with the internal design and production teams to finalize technical specifications.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maximize sales potential.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, client feedback, and market analysis regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or engineering products.
• Ability to create basic engineering drawings (knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical understanding of industrial components, mechanical products, or process equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel daily within Goa for client visits.
• A Bachelors degree/Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, or related field is preferred.
