Group Lead Business Systems Analyst

This role will support our "Run the Business"(RTB) processes as well as our innovation program, specifically focused on those efforts the support the use of the data lake infrastructure, EDAI and Data/Automation. This role will collaborate on ideation, tracking and planning to improve business processes. This role will support GCO Data Governance and will also assist with Data lake enablement, processes and analysis as new users and intakes are submitted.

Key Responsibilities
> Manage subset of our "Run the Business" (RTB) assets for the GCO; working with GCO stakeholders on analysis, drivers and priority for work.

> Perform data governance activities including data analysis (along with GCO SME) to identify and seek approval for "Governed Data Elements"; For existing GDEs, this role will perform annual audit of controls that must be met for these data elements.
> First point of contact on all data lake use cases and intakes to understand the work, drivers and benefits and to facilitate through the process; this may include some data mapping/analysis and review across lake of lakes for data sourcing. Building relationships with other data lakes/processes.

> Collaborate with technology partners to identify and implement reporting and application solutions to support GCO business lines. Participate in thought leadership discussion to drive the data strategy for GCO and drive projects.

> Support the GCO Innovation program through the use of tools and analysis to help move innovation ideas through. Specific area of concentration for this role will be the innovations that involve data lake, EDAI/AI, and other areas of delivery.

> Ability to translate data into actionable analysis and results for business partners.

> Manage Business T certification process.

Required Qualifications

> Bachelors degree from a reputed university with 7 - 12 years of relevant experience

> Knowledge of data lakes and tools

> Strong knowledge of the system development cycle

> Robust understanding of data structure and relational databases
> Comfortable with multi-tasking and managing many different priorities at once. Very strong analytical and project management skills

> Strong inter-personal and communication skills; highly organized.
> Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

> Knowledge of data governance principles and practices as well as knowledge of Informatica tools (e.g., Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog)

> Knowledge of tools used to connect to Data Lake (e.g., AWS Athena, QuickSight, MS PBI)

> Knowledge of MS Power tools (SharePoint, Apps, Automate, BI)

> Knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow.
