(Key Accountabilities)

• Prepares service report by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Answers queries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating and providing resolution.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about the services in a professional manner.
• Analyze customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work towards timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Adhere to call scripts, guidelines, and protocols provided by the company to maintain consistency and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to resolve complex issues or escalate problems as needed.

Qualification

• Any Graduate
• Need to have good convincing skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Flexible to work under rotational shift.
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
• A self-motivated individual
