Data Analyst

As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help our organization make data-driven decisions.
You will work closely with HR Analytics & Technology team to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external sources. Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Data Analysis: Perform analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Use data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards.
Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for different stakeholders. Prepare findings and insights.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements. Provide support in data-driven decision-making processes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and tools. Suggest improvements to data collection and analysis processes.

Preferred Skills:
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms will be added advantage.
Familiarity with database management systems.
