Role & responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation and induction.
• Address employee grievances and provide solutions in line with company policies.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll-related queries.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and provide necessary feedback.
• Handle resignation and exit interviews.
• Manage clearance processes and coordinate final settlements.
