As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the hiring needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You will closely collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment process improvements, and data-driven strategies to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
LOCATION: Pune (Hybrid)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in IT outsourcing companies.
EDUCATION:
MBA or PGDM in Human resources or a related field.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Understanding of the basic programming/computer science terminology, software development lifecycle, and the nuances of various technical roles
Knowledge of different recruitment tools, CRM systems and sourcing instruments, experience of working with different job boards and hiring portals
Ability to perform effective CV screening and quickly match work experience and skills with job requirements
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop clear, compelling job descriptions
Ability to conduct interviews using the STAR method or other similar techniques
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings
Analyze recruitment metrics and use insights to recommend process enhancements
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reportin
DUTIES:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offer negotiations
Develop strong, positive relationships with candidates by maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process
Use a range of recruitment tools, CRM systems, and sourcing instruments to proactively source qualified candidates
Post job openings on various job boards, develop clear, concise, and compelling job descriptions that align with job specifications
Screen resumes and applications, evaluate candidates technical skills and experience, matching them with the nuances of specific technical and non-technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, core competencies, and preferred candidate profiles
Schedule and conduct structured interviews using the STAR method or similar behavioral interviewing techniques
Present findings and insights to stakeholders, helping refine recruitment strategies and approaches
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement within the recruitment lifecycle
