Responsibilities Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in
Identify and source reliable suppliers of food products meeting our
Negotiate and secure competitive prices, terms, and conditions with
Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support production
Review of complaints received for trading items and co-ordinate with
Ensure all purchase related documents comply with FSSC 22000
Responsible for stock at outsourced warehouses
Perform other duties assigned or as instructed by the manager
Conduct supplier audits and monitor their compliance with FSSC
