Purpose Responsible for overall management of Finance and Accounts department
Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing
guidance, motivation, and professional development opportunities.Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability for meeting deadlines and
achieving departmental goals.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including
balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance
with accounting standards
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide
management with insightful reports and recommendations
Manage the company's accounting system, ensuring its accuracy, efficiency,
and adherence to internal controls and best practices
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including timely payments
and collections
Manage foreign currency transactions and hedging strategies to mitigate
foreign exchange risk
Monitor budget variances and take corrective action as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting
standards
Manage internal audits and external financial reporting processes
Working on cost saving projects Guiding other departments
