Senior Recruitment Officer

Job Objective:

Results-driven HR Executive skilled in talent sourcing and candidate management. Eager to leverage innovative strategies and strong communication skills to attract top talent for our organization. 3+ years of experience in recruiting is a must!

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role from recruiting consultancies are preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and co-ordination skills.
• Proficiency in different job portals, takes initiative in finding new portals and collaborates to align with our requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to recruit with a very short notice and handle work efficiently under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with the concerned team.
• Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and co-ordinate with placement agencies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and team dynamics.
• Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
• Partner with local recruitment agencies if/when required.
• Reporting: Generate recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
