Job Description

  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them and provide information about project.
    Manage front desk operations, keep front office serene tidy and clean all the time and maintain high level of office maintenance standard.
    Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including registration forms and billing details.
    Provide exceptional support to sales team.
    Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and direct messages accordingly.

  • Desirable:
  • Candidate must have an exceptional comm skills oral and written both.
  • Must possess pleasing personality.
  • Preferably convent school studied upto senior secondary level.
