HR Manager:
- Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company- HR- policy is followed across all employees, managers, and- executives.
- Manage- HR operational responsibilities- include directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.
- Overall responsible for the Hr and Admin portfolio of the company.
- Alignment with CEO on strategy and growth plans for the company.
Core skill required:
- 8+ years experience in HR Operations in IT software company.
- Experience in handling attendance, leaves,.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding and induction coordination.
- Understand performance management and work with the HRM to execute the Appraisal process.
- Understand the need for training and Organisation development and make a good assessment and carry out the same.
- Work on the payroll with the HRM.
- Manage the HR master data and ensure it is updated regularly.
- Have experience in Insurance processes.
- Be able to initiate employee engagement activities.
- Assist in the exit process.
- Should have knowledge in compensation structure.
- Good to have experience in writing the process document.
- Good to have experience in handling statutory compliance.
Experience Requirements:
- A total experience of 10 plus years in HR of which.
- 8+ years of work in the industry.
- Of which 2 years should be post PGDM with a supervisory or management role.
- Hands on responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills both written as well as spoke, with quality presentation.
- Good interpersonal skills that are demonstrated in personality and personal traits.
- Have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.
- Good HR core skills and the ability to think out of the box.
- Admin experience.
