FSSAI food safety standards

HAACP, GMP compliance

India Factories Act knowledge

Environmental compliance (Hazwaste, Pollution control)

Other Essential Skills:

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

SOP development and implementation

Preventive maintenance planning

Inventory management

Documentation management

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Educational Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma with equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in Manufacturing/E-commerce.
