As an Marketing Associate you will ensure that customer experience and expectations are set and met to a high standard across Amazon Home Page, Bazaar store Page and any internal/external stores or pages. He or she will execute and schedule content across onsite and offsite assets. based on the inputs shared by Category Managers and Marketing Managers. This candidate will also prepare reports on performance and traffic data to assist our management teams. He or she will assist in creation of new interest-based or thematic stores based on the inputs of the Marketing Manager.
Key job responsibilities
1. Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough, engaging and high conversion customer experience by -
Owning sections of store merchandising and curations
Owning execution of performance marketing tasks
Running and analyzing performance reports
. creating content for homepage, store and external marketing campaigns
driving experiments to improve metrics
Learning marketing automation tools and widgets
Assist execution of the plan as per marketing calendar. This includes email programs, cross-category placements, developing and executing Amazon site-wide events and search results
Assist in developing merchandising for sitewide promotions, and work closely with category managers and merchandising team to schedule promotions
Support the creation of emails, category pages, campaigns, and develop and manage traffic and engagement improvement projects
Synthesize and analyze relevant content/traffic metrics. Identify customer triggers and barriers by using surveys, in-depth research and customer immersions
2. Understand and use merchandising and customer-facing metrics to guide decision making
3. Identify opportunities for automation, and scale winning experiences
4. Improve performance of paid traffic channels by partnering with all traffic-driving mechanisms (Search, Affiliates, Email, SEO etc. )
